Our Services help users to store their medical records and retrieve them. This makes it easier to make the right decisions by reviewing medical history when needed. Healthcare Buddy is designed as a "local-first" application, meaning your sensitive health information stays where it belongs: with you.

2. Information We Collect

Healthcare Buddy is built on the principle of data minimization.

Device-Only Storage: All medical records, notes, and health data you input into the Application are stored exclusively on your device's local memory.
No Server Uploads: We do not upload, sync, or store your medical records on our servers.
Authentication Data: We may collect minimal technical identifiers (such as a device ID) to manage your app license and provide technical support, but this is never linked to your health records.

3. Device Permissions & AI Processing

To provide core functionalities, the Application requires specific device permissions:

Camera Access: The App requests camera access solely to enable the AI-driven prescription scanning feature.
Local AI Processing: Images captured for prescription scanning are processed entirely locally on your device to detect medication names and potential drug interactions.

These images are not sent to, stored on, or analyzed by our external servers.

4. How We Use Your Information

Local Processing: Your information is processed locally on your device to allow you to organize and view your records.
Security Measures: We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of the data on the application level.
No Data Sharing: Because we do not possess your medical data, we cannot and do not share your personally identifying information with any third-party organizations.
Consent: We will not make any identifying information public without your prior written or electronic consent.

5. Your Rights and Data Control

Because your data is stored locally, you have total control over your information:

Access and Portability: You can access your data at any time by opening the Application on your device.
Deletion: Deleting a record within the app, or deleting the Application itself from your device, permanently removes that data from your device. Since we do not store your data on our servers, we cannot recover deleted data for you.
Right to be Forgotten: As no health data is stored on our systems, your "right to be forgotten" is exercised by you directly through the management of the app on your hardware.

6. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that you use the Application at your own risk. The Application is provided "as is." Harden Business Consulting LLC (operating as Health In Advance LLC) make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, safety, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Important: Because data is stored only on your device, Harden Business Consulting LLC is not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, theft, or accidental deletion. You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all risk arising from using the app remains with you.

In case of disagreements with Harden Business Consulting LLC, partners, or related service providers, the only option is to discontinue using the Product.

7. Termination

This License Agreement is valid from the earliest date of your use of the Application until its termination. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Application. Termination by Harden Business Consulting will take effect after notifying you or at Harden Business Consulting's discretion.

8. Changes and Updates

This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically, reflected by the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
